What awaits you

A living spiritual landscape.

Rishikesh is often called the birthplace of yoga. More than that, it is a place where practice is still ordinary life. This seven-day immersion brings together Mysore-style Ashtanga, study of the Bhagavad Gita, meditation, and time at the river — held at a quiet Ayurvedic retreat above the Ganga.

Mornings begin with extended sādhana led by Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann. The final morning is a Led Primary Series. Afternoons belong to Dr. M.A. Alwar. Each session opens with Sanskrit chanting with Vidyā Alwar, then teaching and time for questions.

Outside the centre, the city is part of the week: a nature walk, Triveni Ghat, the evening Aarti at Parmarth Niketan, and the Beatles Ashram. Structured, and still spacious.
